At Extra Butter, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
